1. Introduction

In cases involving fraud, underage play, or money laundering, 77bat may withhold balances pending investigation. Legitimate balances belonging to ineligible accounts will be returned after identity verification and compliance with applicable law.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 77bat platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or a different name — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

KYC Verification

77bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and age of all registered players. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 4 hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by 77bat support. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Incomplete KYC will result in the withdrawal being held until verification is finalised.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal is approved. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.
• 77bat reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, delaying them up to 72 hours. Players will be notified if a security check is in progress.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have fully completed KYC verification and hold a valid, active 77bat account in good standing.
• All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagers placed on the 77bat platform. By placing a bet or wager on 77bat, you confirm that you have read and accept these betting rules in full.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 77bat does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases where an obvious error in odds has occurred, as determined solely by 77bat.
• In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, 77bat reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.

• Technical failures during a game round will be handled in accordance with the specific game provider's rules. Where a round cannot be completed, stakes will generally be returned to the player's balance. 77bat is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

77bat reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or where the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised. Affected stakes will be returned and the matter may be reported to the relevant sporting authority.

8. Responsible Gaming

77bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and ensuring that its platform remains a safe, enjoyable environment for adults. The following tools and policies form part of 77bat's responsible gaming framework.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

9. Prohibited Activities

10. Account Suspension and Termination

77bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions by the account holder.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform or its promotional offers.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution requiring 77bat to restrict access to the account.
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request, or a determination by 77bat that continued platform access would be harmful to the player's wellbeing.

Upon termination for reasons other than fraud or prohibited activity, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to applicable KYC requirements. Bonus balances are not returnable upon account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bat's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the 77bat platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 77bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

77bat does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. 12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77bat platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, icons, software, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of 77bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 77bat platform without the express prior written consent of 77bat. Unauthorised use of 77bat's intellectual property may result in legal action.
